A. No, included in every wallShoulders® parts kit are two Toggler hollow wall anchors, by following the precise installation instructions provided your wallShoulders® can be installed securely into a hollow sheetrock wall.

A. Yes, provided the installation instructions are followed and no misuse occurs. We have focused our attention on providing a parts kit that will allow for a hassle free and secure installation.
Q. Are your wallShoulders® able to modify one or several wallShoulders®to meet specific needs of our practice?
A. Yes, we can modify hook placement, add additional hooks etc... so long as the modifications don't require a design change. You can email or call us and we will discuss your request. If you do have a design change suggestion, please submit it in our suggestions/feedback forum.
Q. Is there an additional charge to modify a wallShoulders® product?
A. Yes, in most cases. The charge will be determined at the time of the special order request.
